Over the last two decades, Regal Development has established an extensive portfolio of successful projects such as urban planning for over thirty commercial and residential sites to developing land for residential purposes for over one thousand homes. Our project experience has ranged from the initial purchase of raw land to the project management of land development to the delivery of construction-ready land.

We have many years of experience in community planning and construction of infrastructure. We specialize in construction of roads and highways, water and sewer systems, recreational parks, storm drains and utilities.
